A college student with a passion for surfing, Hinako has recently relocated to a quaint coastal community. After an unexpected fire broke out in her apartment building, a handsome firefighter named Minato came to her rescue. The two of them quickly fell in love with each other. A tragic tragedy at sea claims the life of Minato just as the two of them are starting to become inseparable. Hinako is in such a state of depression that she is unable to even look at the ocean. However, one day she sings a song that brings back memories of the two of them spending time together, and Minato suddenly appears in the water. She will be able to call him to her whenever she sings their song on any body of water from that point on, but will they be able to be together for all of eternity? And what, exactly, is the explanation for Minato's abrupt reappearance?
