Stampede is a stand-alone film that celebrates the 20th anniversary of the anime series "One Piece." The events of the film take place outside of the canon of the "One Piece" television series. A massive Pirate Festival is held, and Monkey D. Luffy and his crew of Straw Hat pirates are invited to attend. The festival brings together many of the most memorable characters from throughout the franchise, and the Straw Hats compete against these other characters to uncover Roger's treasure. In addition to this, it confronts the Straw Hats against a new foe known as Bullet, who was a member of Roger's crew in the past.
