Nica Pierce is convinced that she's, not Chucky, killed her whole family. Nevertheless when her psychologist presents a brand new healing"tool" to ease his patients' group sessions -- a all-too-familiar"Good Guy" doll with an innocently grinning face -- a string of grisly deaths begins to plague the asylum, and Nica starts to wonder if she isn't crazy after all.
